FAQ

 What are check-in and check-out times?
Your villa will be available to check-in at 4:00 pm EST upon your arrival date.  Check-out time will be 10:00 am EST on your departure date.  Please depart on time to give our cleaning staff ample time to prepare the villa for the next guest.

Are there any complementary items provided during our stay?
Disney Dreams and Disney Dreams Too provides a few household items for your use during your stay:  After items are used, guests are responsible to purchase more.

Disney Dreams and Disney Dreams Too provides a fully furnished home (items provided)
Kings bed, Queen bed, 3 Twins beds and Sleeper Sofa. Sheets, blankets, pillows, bath towels, face clothes, hand towels, blue pool towels, dish towels, washer / dryer, dishes, pots, pans, glass wear, silverware,  cookies sheets, coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot, ice maker, soft cooler, 3 hair dryers, iron / iron board,  vacuum, broom, mop, strollers, high chair, bed side rails, pack n play and night light.

Is the Town homes have central air?
Yes, both homes have Central Air & Heat.

Is the villa cleaned daily?
No, the villa is cleaned prior to your arrival and after you leave.

How many people can the villa sleep?
The villa can accommodate a MAXIMUM of 8 guests as regulated by Florida State Fire Marshall and   hotel regulation and codes.

When do I receive our Voucher and Door Code?
The voucher and door code will be sent after the guest fills out the $400.00 dollars security deposit authorization. This link will be sent 1 to 2 weeks before arrival. We will then send you an e mail with all your code to gain access to the community / home. 

Do you have a BBQ grill?
Yes, you may rent our BBQ grill for a fee of $75.00 for 1 week & $8.00 dollars after 7nts plus tax. The charge is for use of BBQ grill, full tank of gas and a cleaning. If interested, payment can be made through pay pal. 

Is smoking allowed?
This is a Non-Smoking home.  There is no smoking inside or the surrounding outdoor areas which includes the pool deck. No candles are allowed. If smoking or candles are detected a significant extra cleaning charge will be applied

Are pets allowed?
No, Pets are not allowed in this home at any time.  If a pet is determined to have been within the home, a significant extra cleaning charge will be applied.

Is internet access available?
Yes, wireless internet access is provided free of charge during your stay. Access codes are on the fridge and in our guest book.

 Is telephone service provided?
Yes, there is free local and long distance phone service within the United States provided within the town home for your convenience.

Are there grocery stores nearby?
There is a convenience store in the resort’s club house.  There is also a Publix supermarket and Super Target located within 5 miles of the resort. 

Is there transportation to the parks?
Yes, transportation is available for a fee.  There is a shuttle that stops at the local shopping malls, Disney, Universal   Studios/Islands of Adventure and Sea World.  Shuttles schedules can be found in the Windsor Hills sundry shop. 

Are early check-in or late check-out times available?
Check-in time is 4:00 pm EST and check-out time is 10:00 am EST, unless you have made prior arrangements with us.   We can however, depending upon the circumstances, arrange for earlier or later times and we will make every effort to accommodate our guests as possible.  This MUST be a prior arrangement, and cannot be arranged on the day of arrival or departure, as it is too short of time for personnel to adjust their schedules accordingly.

What if I have an issue with the accommodations during my stay?
We pride ourselves on the quality of our home and its amenities, but we do recognize that sometimes things beyond our   control can occur.  In the unlikely event of a problem, our management company is available assist you.   They will make every attempt to resolve the issue..

  What is your cancellation policy?
  Renter may cancel the confirmed reservation at any time and cancellation must be in writing in the form   of a letter or   email.  In the event a guest cancels a reservation, or the Owners or Management Company have to cancel a reservation
due to non-payment of the balance due, the following cancellation charges will apply:
–  Booking deposit ( US $300 for stays less than 7 nights) & (US $400 for 7 – 14 nights) non-refundable
–  30 days or greater from date of arrival =  50% of total rental amount forfeited. Less deposit
–  Less than 30 days from date of arrival =  Full rental amount forfeited.

  What is your code of conduct?
The rental accommodations are situated on a resort development, which consists of both residential and vacation homes, therefore the owners, or owners’ agents or its representatives cannot be responsible for any ongoing construction, alterations to existing houses or any other nuisance as a result thereof on or around the housing development.  During their stay the guest(s) are responsible for the property and are expected to treat the home with care and respect
as they would their own home.  This includes the locking of the doors and windows each time they leave the home.  Windsor Hills Resort is a family resort, please do not play loud music or do anything likely to inconvenience or annoy the neighbors after 2300 hours and before 0700 hours.  In the event that anyone in your party behaves in such a way which   our Management believes is likely to cause danger or distress or annoyance to anyone else on the property, the Owners or their Management reserve the right to terminate your stay immediately.  The owners, their management or agents shall not be responsible for any costs you incur, provide any compensation nor make any refunds for this action.
